I woke up bright and early this morning (30 minutes before the alarm) and laid in bed thinking about running my c25k. I took Saturday off and then started the first week again on Sunday. I woke up this morning and got on the scale...
249!!!
There is nothing like losing weight to get motivated. I am repeating the first week of c25k this morning (after taking yesterday off) to build up my stamina. Next week I'll attempt to start the second week (eeeeeeek)
Later in the evening
I finally got around to trying a CK recipe and loved every bite of it. Tonight's dinner was beef stuffed bell pepper and a spinach salad with 1/2 pear and goat cheese walnut stuffing....

I'm officially down 10 lbs. FANTASTIC!!!!!
I didn't want to do the c25k run / walk today. I laid in bed for an extra 10 minutes trying to talk myself out of doing it. I got dressed, got my ipod ready...then sat in front of the computer checking my facebook. Tick tock tick tock went the minutes. I could feel myself sinking deeper into the chair not wanting to get up.
I got up.
I went out.
I completed the c25k week one day 2 (repeat).

I was doing the reading on the home page (the one that moves you from bronze to silver to gold and beyond) and came across the "what style of eater are you"....It got me thinking about what it was like growing up in my house.

I did the first week first day c25k podcast run again this morning. I know it says to do it 3 days a week but for this first one I'm going to try and do it every day for two weeks since I was pretty much doing that on the treadmill on a daily basis.
It was still pretty tough but now that I've been through the podcast once I sort of knew what to expect. Yesterday I timed it so that I ended pretty close to my home but this morning when the podcast ended I was still at least 6 blocks from my ...
