That's right people I did the very first day of the c25k program. I got up early this morning and put on my runningish shoes and packed up the dogs and out I went into the dark (cause I don't want anyone seeing me run just yet). To prepare myself I splurged and bought an ipod shuffle and downloaded a podcast (Robert Ullrey). I looked pretty awkward out there but I'll be damn if I didn't finish the entire thing. 2:30p Today I went to Safeway to buy food for my lunches while at work. Normally I would have bought crap foods to store in my cubicle. Candy and diet soda to fill the void of being bored in between calls. Yakisoba noodles, top ramen, or cup o'noodles would normally be my main staple.Tuesday, January 19th 2010
I've been looking over some old pictures from high school and early adult. I only remember being overweight, but looking over the pics I don't look that overweight. I saw a high school pic that I hadn't seen in over 20 years and I look down right skinny. Funny how self image is skewed by self hate during those times.
