hard to believe

have i really lost 61 pounds in 6 months? crazy! it is so hard to believe. people are really starting to compliment me. i am getting better at accepting the compliments. but when i see myself i still see improvements to be made. i do realize this is a journey and that it will not all happen at once. i may never be completely satisfied with where i am... but i am SO much better off than i was 6 months ago. i am on a reduced blood pressure medicine, and i am running for 30 minutes! i started runni...
