i don't know why this time my plateau is hitting me worse than before. i think it is because i have had such great success and success fuels my motivation. now, with no loss in two weeks, i am less motivated at the gym. my runs are no longer continuous and i find that i stop a lot more. i just feel so defeated. don't get me wrong, i know i have come a long way... but something inside of me is so scared that this is the end of my journey.i wish i knew why i am stalling out. lots of things p...
