Friday, Jan 1 2010 - holidays and birthdays oh my!

so i didn't have a plan today... but i am confident that even if i did, i would have done the same... i ate whatever and i didn't log. i kind of overdid it, but i don't think i quite binged. today was my husband and my combined birthday party.
no alcohol, just birthday cake, ice cream, and italian beef along with lots of sides and appetizers. i am sure i went over in fat, calories, and sodium....
but this is the end of the holiday spree... there will be more challenges ahead, but no other "food" days which i feel entitled to indulge.
so it ends here. now.
and i am back on track tomorrow.
i will reach my goal.

Yeah it's hard to see a "2" in front of your calories for the day. I know the feeling. But today is a New Day and we'll both get there if we don't quit. Some of that weight is probably water as well from the sodium so I wouldn't worry about it or beat yourself up. You're doing a great job and look fantastic, and have all the tools you need to keep going and meet your goal weight. :-)

wow... just tried to log as best i can. over 1000 cals over my limit. wow. just to see it... crazy.
