Since June 4th... i have apparently lost some inches. Of course, this makes me doubt my measuring technique... but i can't really argue since it's not just one category. This makes me feel better about my weight flux.
This does make me wonder if I measure each in the right place though. I measure my waist where it is biggest, around my donut-shaped bulge above my belly button. My chest, I measure UNDER my bust, not on top of it... I think I'm okay on hip and thigh placement.
But I do measure consistently in the same places, even if wrong... and... I have lost 2 inches in my waist, 1 inch in my hips, and 1 inch in each thigh since June 4...
okay. It's going to be okay.

I measure my chest in the same place - seems so much more useful when considering Back Flab reduction!

I did some strenuous workouts for about 4 weeks at one point and never lost a single pound. But, my inches lost were amazing. Even having not returned to the workouts my thighs have kept the same smaller size. Good job!

Of course it's going to be ok!!! If I was there, I would just give you a big hug! Always do reality checks with yourself! You're not eating pizza, cheese burgers, donuts and cheesecakes non stop on a daily basis! You're eating well and moving tons, that's a formula for success. Enjoy the transformation! Life is too short. It'll ride itself out.
