There's a lot to write about but I don't really feel like writing (or thinking) right now. Maybe later.
My homework from my dietitian is to read Intuitive Eating, Chapter 7...again...for like the 100th time. Apparently she really thinks I need something out of that chapter. A couple things that I liked -
Intuitive Eating, Chapter 7
Making peace with food means allowing all foods into your eating world, so that a choice for chocolate becomes emotionally equal to the choice for a peach
Ironically, once you know you can eat whatever you want, the intense urge to eat greatly diminishes. The most effective way to instill belief in this fact is to experience eating the very foods you forbid! (85)
Many of our clients recount that when they allowed themselves to eat certain forbidden foods, they still overate and felt out of control. But for most people these foods were never really unconditionally allowed; rather, they were only given pseudo-permission
Pseudo-permission does not work its only an illusion. Your mouth may be chewing, but your mind is saying, I shouldnt. Your mind is still on a diet. (88)

I am sorry you have a lot going on right now - hang in there. I can say from my experience, writing it out really helps me. Your CK friends will be here for you. My wish to you is that by the time you read this that your day will have been much better and that you will have a peaceful calm (mind and body).
