We had a Relief Society Birthday Party tonight. I was asked to give a little talk / testimony. I'm not even a member of the church yet, and I've only been going since I moved to Provo, but for some reason they thought it would be good to hear from me. So I spoke in church for the first time. I was scared to death of saying the wrong thing or not saying the right thing...but what I said seemed to go over well. It was short and sweet, but I did it!And...I ate almost half a piece of poun...

I had an appointment with my therapist and my dietitian today. They went well, except that I totally lied my way through my appointment with my dietitian by telling her I'd followed my meal plan exactly for the past 4-5 days. Truth is I've only done about 1/4 of it. I need to get back on track by the time I see her Thursday. I hate lying...but I was terrified of my treatment team sending me back home if I screwed up any more. I need to stop making excuses though because dishonesty isn't goi...Monday, March 23rd 2009
There's a lot to write about but I don't really feel like writing (or thinking) right now. Maybe later.My homework from my dietitian is to read Intuitive Eating, Chapter 7...again...for like the 100th time. Apparently she really thinks I need something out of that chapter.
