I forgot how hard graveyard shifts were on my body. This is going to take a little bit of getting used to. But I like the job. It's pretty easy, but at the same time there's a lot to learn. There are quite a few residents...like 40...and with me working the night shift its going to take me a while to learn names, but I guess all will come in time. I'll be the only staff there at night. I'm terrified of being on my own to give out meds. The guy I was training with knew everybody and what they take, and it all went so fast and to think I'm going to be on my own doing it next week is a little scary. Hopefully they'll be patient with me.

My interview at Petco was easy and brainless. The manager looked at my application and said "looks good" and asked me why I wanted to work at petco, and I said, "I like pets" (I didn't want to say it was because it was the only thing available), and she said "great...come in and meet with the head manager Monday." And that was it. Pretty painless. I guess I'll see what comes of Monday.
