Wow...it's been a while. The site has totally changed since I was here last. I keep seeing the $9 deducted out of my checking account every month and I think I signed a year contract, so I figured I might as well check back and see what's been going on. Thank you everyone who sent me private messages. I just saw them all and am a little overwhelmed by the support.It's been a difficult 6 months or so. Yikes...been a while since I blogged. I'm having trouble adjusting to working 50+ hours a week, switching between night & day shifts, and getting all my appointments in. I've been really depressed lately, but otherwise doing alright. My knee is doing great. 1 week post-op and I have my full range of motion back and very little pain. Tomorrow I have a day off so my goal is to catch up with my CK friends!SPRING 2009...Day 2 of 90

I had my 6th and hopefully LAST knee surgery this morning. The meniscus was torn so the doctor removed the little I had left. Just resting and icing today. So far there's not much pain, thanks to whatever the doctor used to numb it. Hopefully it will stay that way tomorrow because I have to go to work at Petsmart at 9am tomorrow and be on my feet for 6 hours. They just hired me and put me on the schedule, and I didn't have the heart to tell them I couldn't come in for my first day.Spring 2009...Day 1 of 90
