Ooops, I slipped up last night and had a buttermilk bar instead of the banana chips. I most certainly think the latter is better even though still high in calories. I suppose I went overboard on treating my self. I used my calories burned for exercise plus some. Ouch.
Well, today is another day. I am not perfect. I will do better.

I am a little stiff from 45 minutes worth of walking.
I had more energy to do my work instead of ho humming the afternoon away.

I was telling my dh about CK and he went into his lecture mode of "well all you got to do is eat less, you don't need anything telling you what to eat"
He don't understand, I need the lists of foods, the measurements of calories, fats and so on. I also enjoy the support on the board. I kept saying to myself, he don't understand so why bother sharing. I am just going to let him see the results.

I have filled my food diary today with the planned food. I know I entered broccoli twice but I mix the cheesy broccoli with regular broccoli to make it less cheesy but still have the taste.

I got dropped off at work today and didn't take the Lightrail. I normally walk from 11th & K to 15 & N thru Capital Park and it takes me 15 minutes. I will have to make it up today at lunchtime instead of roaming the boards.

I SAT ALL DAY WITH A PAN OF BROWNIES IN FRONT OF ME AS WELL AS OTHERS OFFERING SWEETS, I DID NOT TAKE A SINGLE BITE, GOT A HIGH FIVE FROM A COWORKER
