Life with food sucks. I want so bad to eat right. My schedule does not permit me to make healthful dinners that my family will eat (nor does my budget). I have been down this road so many times. I don't know what to do.
I work and communte with no time.
I know how to chose the healthy food, it's getting around to eating them is the tough part.
