So today I work on getting to the Dr. I need to make an appt with a new one cause my coverage has changed.
My head feels stuffy, I keep forgetting things, I am always depressed.
Depression may be coming from not having Christmas gifts this year. I am so used to splurging on Christmas gifts for my family. This year we have two major bills to pay and can't afford it. Oh well, there are those that don't chose to be in this perdiciment and still have nothing but are happy.
Will try to get in more walking today and more water. Haven't had enough of either.
