What are my food triggers? Well, today I am guessing anger. I went to get my small purse mirror out and found that it was missing. I went straight to my 13year old daughters room woke her up and asked her about it. I made her go find it. She had to go empty her backpack. She did not find the mirror but she pulled out all kinds of makeup from my makeup bag. I was so mad at her. I went and stewed in my room while took a shower and got ready for work. When I was done, I went to my daughters room told her I love you but I am mad at you for stealing (that is what I am calling it cause it was without my permission). I felt like eating the first thing closest. I could not wait to get to work to eat my oatmeal so I reached into my travel bag on my way to the lightrail train and grabbed my ham sandwich and ate it. I felt like eating more but I waited till I got to work. I ate my banana. A coworker brought in homemade black bean dip and soy chips. I have already have 5 chips and some dip. Still need to cout for it. I am so upset with her. I just want to clean out her room. Her brother got on her yesterday for taking his cell phone, charger and the extra cover out of his room while he was visiting grandpa. I think she has a deep seeded issue herself. She tends to eat too when she is emotional or bored. I have set such a bad example for my family.
I am working on this today.
I am sticking to my mini goals.
