I totally blew off all my meds this past week including my bp pills. When I weighed in Friday morning I was at 314.5. that is 12.5 pounds more than I was the week before. I gained 12.5 pounds in one week. My meds are real important to my health and I always mess this up. I started back on them today. I feel my kidneys throbbing with all the water and salt built up. My head won't stop hurting, my lungs feel so full of fluid and I am contantly thirsty but not drinking enough. I have sabotaged myse...AAAGGGGHHHH!!!

This is all about me don't ya know. Just when you plan to do the right thing - bang - you get a slam in the gut and off to the food you run. I am so tired of giving in to my gluttonous behavior. I had to give blood yesterday so I ate a huge breakfast. Then afterwards I ate alot of the pastries on the table. Later I had a piece of homemade coconut cake. I said what the h*** Thanksgiving WEEK only comes once a year. The real kicker was the lady at the blood bank said no strenuous activity for 72 ...
