Well, I finally got all my Christmas serving dishes put away today as well as the pile of broken and tore up christmas dec I have had for more than 20 years. It was no longer cherished if it was unfixable. I am feeling good about this. My kids youth pastor came and picked up an old air compressor and some old bikes from my side yard. I am well on my way to making the county happy and what ever neighbor decided to report us. My father in law is coming up tomorrow with a pickup, I may miss church,...rockinchick

Well another new day is approaching me. I did so good yesterday until I went home from work. I was so ravenous that I ate everything I could until dinner was ready and I ate that too. But my eating is slowing down although still alot it's not as much as it was over the last month. I am weaning myself off the large portions.I have a charity picking up the van on 1/3 exactly 15 days from the date of the county notice. I talked my hubby into letting go of the Bronco and he is sad but willing. ...

Ok self, you went over by 907 calories and did not go to Curves.But I was extremely exhausted from the weekend.
That don't matter you need your exercise on top of eating right.

Well, the Christmas holiday is behind me. So is a few more pounds. I have been sitting here at work it is very quite all but 5 of the consultants are on vacation, the boss is gone for two weeks, one analyst is ill and the other one plain didn't call in. I've been reading some of the threads, blogs and have even been refreshing my memory with CKU. I graduated a while back but since I have not put all things into practice I thought I would go back in and poke around at what I need a refresher in. ...rockinchick

You know there are days you want to throttle your coworkers. Yesterday was the big one for me.I am the lead office tech for my unit. I am the attendance keeper as well. Towards the end of the month I start e-mailing all the staff for their timesheets. There is one analyst that burns my butt every time. He always turns it in late and tries to pass it off to the supervisor without it coming through me first. He does this cause he tries to cheat on his time knowing that I keep an itinerary for ...
