Today has been just OK so far. I haven't blogged in a while and sometimes can't from work, but I am sneaking in the opportunity.
Since January 2 I have only went over my net 2 times. I have faithfully went to Curves 3 days each week this month and I push myself to walk 15 min each day while at work. While only at work your thinking?! Because this is where I do my most sitting. On the weekends I am contantly moving and don't get around to a walk.
I have been slipping on my food. Today I had a bear claw, even though I put it in my diary along with the chocolate chip cookies, I am only eating net after Curves workout.
I need variety. Working makes it so hard for me to want to cook a healthy dinner but I try. I have been buying less of the processed foods except rice a roni and these fabulous low calorie instant potatoes. It's the lean meat and veggies I use from whole. Just getting bored with what I have time for.
I had a fabulous homemade 1/2 bowl of chili and a small baked potato it really filled me up.
I really want to be under 300 by the end of this month, I am so tired of yo yoing withing these same 10 - 15 stupid pounds and not going under. I am only expecting to lose 1.5 pounds per week no high expectations here. I always fail when my expectations are more than I can produce.
Just for today, I will stay with my food plan.
Work has been OK. I am very busy still being the only Office Technician for our unit of 20 people. I am constantly putting out reports and answering the phones. Sometimes I want to bury my head in the sand.
Do I make sense, probably not today.

Come on now you can do it. If I gave away a really wonderful looking cupcake today and turned down chocolate cake yesterday you can do it too! Now log every bite, stick to your calories and you will lose the weight.
