This week was wearing thin on me with the sugar cravings I had yesterday and the day before. So I sort of made up for the over indulgence with a good peice of Chicken breast for dinner (only). When I woke up this morning I did my usual Friday check in and I was down 1.5 (302.5), my mini goal for the week. I am so glad that it didn't go up or stay the same. I felt so bad about what I did that I don't think I will be doing that for a while. My next mini goal is 1.5 for next Friday then I want to be 299.5 or lower by February 1. I think I can do that, it seems realistic enough to me without deprivation.
Have to work now, check back later.
10am, just got back from my morning walk. I usually walk 15 min through Capital Park, but today I headed a different direction. I walked from 15th & N St to 15th & J St and turned back around. It took me 22 minutes that includes waiting for traffic signals. I saw an interesting place, it's called Masons. In the center of this place (High dollar of course) is a fully dressed bed with curtains. Hmmm what do you suppose that would be for in the middle. Anyway back to work and drink my water.

Hang in there Kathy! As for your leg cramps/pain during workout, you could be low in potassium, magnesium or even calcium. Try eating a banana or drink a serving of OJ before working out. You may also want to either take a good one a day vitamin if you aren't already and/or calcium/magnesium supplements. Bananas are the best for potassium. And WAY TO GO on the weight loss! One pound at a time!
