I am really bored at work. The consultants and analysts have left me here and went to an off site conference. I have hardly anywork therefore I am playing around on the puter.
I've been ravenous lately. Trying to nibble on lowfat/lowcal foods.
Went to Curves Monday and worked extra hard. Woke up Tuesday stiffer than stiff. Today I am going back to Curves but my neck and head still ache and the neck and shoulders are still stiff.
