This week was wearing thin on me with the sugar cravings I had yesterday and the day before. So I sort of made up for the over indulgence with a good peice of Chicken breast for dinner (only). When I woke up this morning I did my usual Friday check in and I was down 1.5 (302.5), my mini goal for the week. I am so glad that it didn't go up or stay the same. I had a good workout at Curves but I am so tired this morning. While at Curves last night my legs ached while working out, I didn't push myself as hard but I finished the entire circuit and stretched. Today while going for my 15 min walk I was dragging. Well sort of. I am so psyched for this new year that I can't wait to make my food diary entries to see if I hit my targets well so far two days in a row I have kept my fat/sat fat at target and have stayed in my net calories. I was home these last two days and it was easy. Today I am going to work. We will see!Wednesday, January 3rd 2007
I managed to walk for 15 minutes and go to Curves today. I am feeling pretty good right about now. I even logged all my food, still went over every day until today. I am going to make net today. I have dinner all planned, I have even planned a WW dessert for after dinner. I will even have some calories left over but not enough to worry about.
