first WW weigh in

Well after my first week back at WW I lost 3.4 pounds. Yay!
I am excited. It was so easy to get back to counting points I stayed within all week long except for St. Pattys day. This is so much easier for me that big numbers. I can just write them down on a sticky note and pop them in my pocket to log later cause I know the values.
Well gotta run well drive to the light rail. Come back later....
My first WW meeting

This one is for Bunny.On Thursday I went to my first WW meeting in God knows how long. I was expecting to be shunned and actually to not be that many people there since we are a small town inside a big city. Well, the lady that registered me was great and very warm with lots of information. The meeting started a little late due to all the weighins but that was OK that night they were short staffed. Any way on to the meeting. As I sat down I noticed the board said "The Need to Feed"....
Taking a different approach

I have had many successes with the WW program. But as soon as I lost a certain amount I lost my fire. As with any weight loss program the fire is considered the honeymoon phase, then it starts to fizzle. My last success with WW was a 49.8 pound loss. I have managed to keep it off except that playing with 20 pounds or so since joining CK. I have come to realize I need the small group setting in person to be held accountable. Well it's hump day once again. Curves this evening probably pasta dinner.I think I am being websenced at work. I will have to cut out any CK activity while at work even on breaks. This is probably a good thing because I get so obessessed that I don't focus on the main task at work and sometimes don't get things done. I will count this a blessing. My only time will no doubt be for about 15 min in the evening to finish logging and then again in the morning to get a sence of my day and to read a...

Whats up with this timechange and the 80+ degree weather around here. Is a blast of a cold storm going to pull a sneaky. I sure hope not. It has stayed 70 at night in the house, no heater in use my gas/electric bill will at least start declining. That's the least to say about this $3+ on the car fuel for regular. I was just telling my daughter we can't just run around when she feels like it, her friends will have to find their own rides home at times.I have missed church for the past 4 Sunday...
