Well it's hump day once again. Curves this evening probably pasta dinner.
I think I am being websenced at work. I will have to cut out any CK activity while at work even on breaks. This is probably a good thing because I get so obessessed that I don't focus on the main task at work and sometimes don't get things done. I will count this a blessing. My only time will no doubt be for about 15 min in the evening to finish logging and then again in the morning to get a sence of my day and to read all the fantastic things I can before making my lunch.
Today salad again. I am making a mini chef salad for lunch. I am taking a huge apple and drinking my water. For breakfast I have been eating Optimum Power with skim milk. I keeps me satisfied for a couple of hours then I through a banana in the mix. Yum-O.
Yesterday I had the gawl to eat 3 dill pickles. Only 73 little calories but over 5000 in sodium. I am feeling a little tight in the fingers and ankles this morning. I don't think I will do that for a while.
Pastors and friends at church have assured me just as my friends here that God is not departed me. I knew that I just feel that I have departed Him. Lets just say I am feeling unfaithful right now. I am feeling better about why and am praying it to just go and it is.
Hubby and I need to work on the marriage issue too. I don't like to get close and it really hurts him. We will see.
Gotta go and plan meals, read forums then get my arce in gear.

I just want to add that even when we're unfaithful, he is still faithful to us. So it's all covered. God's not angry at you, and he loves you just as you are. He made you, he knows you inside and out, and he loves you. And I agree with Becky - from what I know of you, you are very loveable. Now, just start treating yourself with the same love and respect that you do everyone else! Hope youhave a wonderful day.

:) Listen the whole marriage thing is work. Scott and I have been together for 15 years and yes it takes lots of work. I had a rough childhood. I had very very low self esteem. So when people would say anything nice to me I never knew how to take it. My hubby is very loving and accepts me for me. What a great feeling. We need to accept our hubby's and wives for who they are and not what we want each other to be. This is what God made. God doesn't make junk!! Hang in there. I am sure your hubby just loves you to death. Ask God to help you grow close to your hubby. Make God the center of your marriage and you will see great things happen.

Kathy...great job! Keep it up! We are going to do this...you and me!!! And it's true, we sometimes spend too much time on CK and not enough on our jobs. Fortunately, they don't sensor us that much here except for totally inappropriate surfing or emails. You'll find time to be on CK.
:) As for your issues...God has definitely NOT departed from you. Sometimes, when we personally feel that we aren't doing as we should, we hide our own face from God. But He is still there for you. And you know what? He loves you...just as you are. And you've gotta love YOU too! Perhaps you don't feel that you are loveable??? And that's why you distance yourself from hub? Well let me tell you...what I have learned about you so far on here...you are a VERY loveable person and you deserve all the love that comes your way. We may be fat, GF, but that just means there is more of us to love, right????? And soon enough...there will be less of us, but still a lot of us to love!!! ((((((((((KATHY)))))))))))))
