Potluck Day

Today we are having a potluck for a coworker that is leaving to work at another state agency. I invited the whole Division plus some outsiders for this event. She worked for this Division for 9 years. She was the first face I saw a year and half ago on my first day. She helped me with getting my badge, paperwork and showing me a few of my duties. I really think Holidays are a downfall to me. There have been too many since Halloween. Everytime I tell myself oh well it comes once a year but it now seems that once a year is about six months long. It is hard to stay on program when food comes around that you don't have in your own home and just want to eat cause you know you won't see it again for a long time. I need to be more choosy. I do think I will have a gain on the scale this week. This will definately get me back on my horse to ride....I'm still a loser

Just wanted to let my friends here know I have not forgotten. My work computer watches every move I make and my home computer puts a slowdown on every move I make and with CK being such a slow site I get frustrated real easy.My second WI last Thursday ushered in a 3.6 loss for a total now of 8.2 pounds down since rejoining. I think I have done meself bad this week but that's what a lifestyle change is all about relearning bad habits and replacing them with good ones.
