Things are looking brighter today. Not only is it Sunday and I can go to church for some praise and worship and word but the weather is going to almost 71 degrees today. I lost some of the weight I gained back in February from my January goal. I am officially 1 pound more than I was a month ago. I weigh in at Curves tomorrow as well as measure so I will report back.Currently I am sitting here with some Girl Scout Cookies. I am having 2 each of Samoas, Little Brownies, thin mints and Cafe. Then I will put them back, log them and move on.

I am at 300.5. That is exactly 1 pound up from a month ago. I will back where I was at my end of January Goal tomorrow. Hopefully less but I'll be happy being back under 300 again.We are going out of town to Stockton to visit my father in-law. One Sister in-law was released yesterday, the other still in. My hubby and I have taken the day off work. This is hard cause he doesn't get paid when he takes a day off. I also have excused my daughter from school and will be picking up my prodigal son ...

Ok so yesterday was good too. I didn't net in all the water I needed but I only went 14 over and that is pretty good with going to Curves. I have Curves today. It looks like I am shedding that added weight. I am at 301 this morning 2 more pounds and I will be where I was at the end of January.Got news last night from sil in hospital that her heart has made significant improvement over the last year.
