I am still here

Just wanted to let you all know I am still here but just not feeling sociable. My Superbowl was horrific with all the food I consumed. I am still trying to get back on track with my net cals.
I donate blood today. I go to my therapy today and Curves.
Hope all is well. Will be back in the forums probably over the weekend.

I made my goal for January

The pic is a view from our seats at Infineon Speedway June 2006. Since Speedweek is coming and Daytona just 2 weeks away I am going to pay homage to my favorite sport.

I did it. I checked in this morning at 299.5. No kidding I actually lost 3 pounds this week. Well 3.5. I am excited to have done this and just know I CAN.

Got to get started at work, will blog more later.

This is my granddaughter Serenity practicing for American Idol 2015.


I know my official weigh in day is on Friday but I had to step on today to see if my goal for the month was accomplished. As of today I am at 301.5, just another 2 pounds and I will be below 300. I'm not sure if I will make 299.5 or even 300 by tomorrow but I am big time hoping.

I am really bored at work. The consultants and analysts have left me here and went to an off site conference. I have hardly anywork therefore I am playing around on the puter.
I've been ravenous lately. Trying to nibble on lowfat/lowcal foods.

I pulled through

Well after the week I've had with the insatiable pastry cravings I had check in day today. I am only up .5 from last week. This also has to do with the surprise TOM I had as well. So I could have really blown it. I am happy I didn't stay at 308 where I was two days ago.
This next week will be healthy eating all the way. I will walk my 15 min a day M-F and Curves M-W-S.
