Well another new day is approaching me. I did so good yesterday until I went home from work. I was so ravenous that I ate everything I could until dinner was ready and I ate that too. But my eating is slowing down although still alot it's not as much as it was over the last month. I am weaning myself off the large portions.Wednesday, December 27th 2006

Well, the Christmas holiday is behind me. So is a few more pounds. I have been sitting here at work it is very quite all but 5 of the consultants are on vacation, the boss is gone for two weeks, one analyst is ill and the other one plain didn't call in. I've been reading some of the threads, blogs and have even been refreshing my memory with CKU. I graduated a while back but since I have not put all things into practice I thought I would go back in and poke around at what I need a refresher in. ...Wednesday, December 6th 2006

Ok so with that said, I should do something about it. First things first. You know how everyone makes New Years Resolutions? Well, I am making a Christmas resolution. Since Christmas was a time for new things to happen and Christ being born I have to make things new for me too.
