HA! Well, I managed to keep my calories in check today, but failed miserably in the water dept. Am still up at 10:45 trying to consume another 32 oz....yikes!

Car is in the shop across from my office with the transmission being fixed. YUCK! Oh well, be fixed tomorrow. I didn't plan to be there for 5 hours today, so didn't take anything with me and was parched and starved when hubby picked me up.

Decided today...well, been thinking about it...have been in the new training program...

Tuesday the 29th was a miserable day calorie wise and I refuse to sit and wallow in it. I LOVED the 2 packages of trail mix I ate and everything else as well...NOW Today I will do better, I will make better choices...This is Wednesday and I am in control of my eating! Now, since it is after midnight and I am tired, I will be off to bed!

Hugs to my CK buds! I am so thrilled to be back, maybe I secretly gained back 20 lbs so I could be a real part of this group again...ever feel like that?...

Still sticking to it...

OK, so yesterday I drank part of my calories, but at least I still stayed in the calorie limit set by CK. Haven't exercised in 2 days, but I really need to get this calorie stuff back in check as badly as I need to exercise; seems when I am being "good" with my calories and logging my food, I want to exercise, so....1 thing at a time.

Still look at the side bar over there and see my current weight and my goal weight and can't believe I was within 10 pounds of that weight and comp...

Another day...

Literally, I have to keep at this daily. Calories in check 2 days in a row. Yippee!!!

Walked 40 minutes with hubby...Yippee!!!

I still want to run...need to get in more walking then get back at it. Ran probably only 1/10th of a mile tonight. UGH!

Well, I know very well what I have done. I have completely ignored the fact that I MUST COUNT CALORIES the rest of my life. I tried to convince myself that if I was running in 1/2 Marathons, I could eat whatever I wanted. NOT TRUE! I still have a very slow metabolism and gained 20 lbs back in the last 6-9 months...scary!!! Well, I am back and plan to be here everyday at least to log my calories.
