Above photo is Darling Daughter and Hubby a few weeks ago when they went to sight in their guns for the BIG HUNT!
Plans for the weekend:
Hubby and daughter are off to southern Texas for a "Youth Deer Hunt. Audrey is very excited
I think she is really anxious to see if she can actually shot a deer. My husband grew up a hunter, our son hunts and now Audrey would like to hunt as well. She has been before but got scared to shot when the opportunity arose; ok with me either way. The Youth Hunt is really cool because it happens the weekend before actual Deer Hunting Season opens. Also GREAT Dad/Daughter time!
MY SIL is coming in tomorrow to visit with me and then hubby/daughter on Sunday. She lives in S Ark. She has been my ROCK through this ED situation with Audrey.
I have a quiet day planned for today
1. Already had a quiet time with my Lord/Savior.
2. Complete this blog/already made post on challenges!
3. Exercise treadmill and Firm VideoI have decided to only exercise 3-4 times a week, I was becoming too obsessive and this seems to be better for me right now.
4. Get a pedicure
my toes look awful!
5. Pick up the house
6. Go to grocery store and get stuff for homemade soup tonightthanks for the suggestion Emerald Rose!
7. Put away my summer clothes and see which winter clothes are keepers and which are gone bye-bye. this may wait until tomorrow.
8. Drink WATER/WATER/WATER/WATER!!!
9. Pick up color swatches from my color vendor. YIKES
this is a PRIORITY!
10. Drive by and photograph a house we need to match stone on. Another PRIORITY!
Boy, I better get busy, it is already noon!
Have a FABULOUS WEEKEND! Blessings to you all!

Hubby is doing the pheasant hunting thing again this weekend. One more weekend of it and then it is done for another year. He doesn't deer hunt but my side of the family does in the Black Hills of South Dakota where we have a cabin. The deer hunt does sound like a great time for hubby and daughter, it gets harder for them to happen as they get older.

Sounds like to you have a great day planned for yourself. Oh and you said you are going to "Pick up the house" gosh I thought my mother was the only one who says that. I read that and said to myself like I always when my mom says it, "Well she better hurry up and put it down before it gets heavy." Yup, I've got jokes early in the morning.
:laugh5: Have a beautiful day.

Hey Vicki, good to meet you! We a lot in common. My DH is in the goose blind at this very moment and will deer hunt later today. I'm doing the girlie stuff, but have been known to hunt, myself. I think it's a good sign that your DD had trouble making her first shot. It shows a healthy respect for the creature and for the finality of what that shot will do. If it is meant to be, she will get over her hesitation. If not, she may become like me and 'shoot' with a camera, instead. I notice that you've done a terrific job on your weight control. Good for you! I hope you have a great day and I'll be by to check on you again.
