====taken from my post on the November 30 Day Challenge...want to be able to look back at this and say...this was the day that I became CONSISTENT with the things that matter in my life!

Well, I could officially be eating everything in the house at this moment. Darling daughter was more than 15 minutes tardy to school today so I had to turn off her phone. ED therapy last night pointed out that we are confusing her with mixed signals, sometimes giving in and sometimes enforcing punishments. So, today is the first day of officially NOT GIVING IN! She has already tried to manipulate me and get me to turn her phone on long enough for THE BOY to call. I said NO!then I called my hubby and asked him to come home early enough to take me to a movie
forget pouting cause I had to discipline my daughter and didnt enjoy it any more than she did
time to move on an enjoy life even though I have to begin a new discipline program (which should have been started years ago)for me as well as for her, this program is spelled
C-O-N-S-I-S-T-E-N-C-Y!
Isnt it amazing that that C WORD is the main cause of most issues we have
CONSISTENCY WITH EATING
CONSISTENCY WITH EXERCISE
CONSISTENCY WITH LOGGING
Should I go on?---probably not, I get the point so I am sure you do too. I will get off my soapbox so I can fix a quick dinner and HOPE hubby gets home in time for a movie
he will want to see BOND, but I really want to see FIREPROOF
I know which one will win
I am such a wimpI will give in and enjoy BOND as well.

So which movie did you see? I want to see Fireproof too.... I love your word.... CONSISTENCY and I love your carry through teaching for how it covers our LIFE not just one area.... SOOOOO true.... I have 3 kids in college, 1 that is a Senior in HS and then a 5 year old (WHAT WAS I THINKING...lol) I say it all the time.... but the 5yr old is a JOY and has LOTS of parents...lol... well when they are home anyway.... My word for you.... THROUGH CONSISTENCY you WILL make it and you and your daughter will MAKE it together.... you both will look back and laugh one day and you will be amazed at how fast the time fly's.... I wish often that mine were all home again, but those moments are fleeting....lol...
GREAT job on your weight loss... "stop by and vist me too sometime"
Good Day (eveing)

What movie did you see? So true about consistency - it's a magic key to a lot of things. Handling and two and five year old really tests it. Setting boundaries with your daughter is so important.
