OK, so yesterday I drank part of my calories, but at least I still stayed in the calorie limit set by CK. Haven't exercised in 2 days, but I really need to get this calorie stuff back in check as badly as I need to exercise; seems when I am being "good" with my calories and logging my food, I want to exercise, so....1 thing at a time.Monday, May 24th 2010

Well, I know very well what I have done. I have completely ignored the fact that I MUST COUNT CALORIES the rest of my life. I tried to convince myself that if I was running in 1/2 Marathons, I could eat whatever I wanted. NOT TRUE! I still have a very slow metabolism and gained 20 lbs back in the last 6-9 months...scary!!! Well, I am back and plan to be here everyday at least to log my calories.
