Wednesday, May 26 2010 - Still sticking to it...

OK, so yesterday I drank part of my calories, but at least I still stayed in the calorie limit set by CK. Haven't exercised in 2 days, but I really need to get this calorie stuff back in check as badly as I need to exercise; seems when I am being "good" with my calories and logging my food, I want to exercise, so....1 thing at a time.
Still look at the side bar over there and see my current weight and my goal weight and can't believe I was within 10 pounds of that weight and completely blew it. Still beating myself up a little over this.
Food is my comfort and what I turn to in times of stress. Also have not been getting enough sleep...only about 5 or 6 hours a night. Have to work on that again as well.
Feel like a beginner at CK...a beginner that knows what to do, but needs to relearn the basics LOL!

Hi lovely Vicki! Glad to see your smiling face. We just have to let go of the lamenting about where we were .... and start from where we are. Do we have a choice??

Vickykins!!! I'm soooo glad to see you! I've wondered how you were and how your running was going! Girl, you know what to do, it's just a matter of getting back into the swing of things. Forgive yourself and be grateful that you came back before it was 30 lbs. or 40 lbs. My new boss has lost 100 pounds TWICE, ugh, not for me. I've missed seeing your cheery face on the blogs and am SO glad you are here!! Chin up, shoulder to the wind, ear to the ground, you can do it! But, I do agree, tracking and logging is essential, I get in trouble ANY time I try to stop that! Good luck to you and stay in touch, sweet lady!
