View RPVWILL's food & exercise for this day

Strange. I find myself unable to eat enough. This has never, AND I MEAN NEVER, been a problem. Obviously. But as I move forward with this lifestyle change and the changes take root and become more permanent, I am struggling to get to my Calorie Target.

Yesterday I met my Calore Target AND recieved my Bronze Crown grad certificate (Nice job Will!

Hey there! I was just looking at your blog - hope you don't mind. I find that it's really hard for me to get to my calorie target on the weekends. Which, like you, has never ever been a problem in my life! I think it's beacause I'm still makeing better choices on the weekends but am off of my routine. at work I have a computer in front of me all day so can be on CK and eat every three hours exactly. This doesn't happen on the weekends at all. To busy to remember to eat! Is this kind of whats going on with you?

Hi TMoore1. Thanks!

I don't binge anymore. It's a steady stream of small, healthy meals and snacks during the week.

The "problem" is I am very active on the weekends. Between hiking and housework, I burn close to 1000 calories a day. So that's a lot of eating.

Have you done all your homework for the bronze crown? I didn't realize for at least 2 weeks that I had to do reading and some exercises to recieve the crown.

Thanks again and keep up the good work. We struggle together and I support you, here and in spirit.

Congrats on the Crown! It has been elusive for me so far.

About the not eating enough calories... I do that frequently, too. But as I look at my eating patterns (CK is great for that, hurray) I see I tend to have binge days after a couple of low days. Hmmm, could that be related?

Your experience might be completely different, of course. But I thought I chime in with a forewarning. Beware. And keep up the great job!
