i JUSt blew it. I'm feeling super sick. Had about a 1800 calorie meal with my family eating out. 2 triggers. Wife and weekend. I should have known better...6000+ sodium...I feel like crap. Fat was overboard too.

I can't blame anyone but me. I didn't say no or check nutritional info. This is a reboot. I'm disgusted with myself. I should throw it up, but that's opening up another can of worms.

Any suggestions other than exercising?

My suggestion: don't beat yourself up. Start today like it's a brand new day, because it is. Guilt and shame are toxic.
Drink lots of water to flush out the sodium. The only thing that would make it bad is if you get totally derailed by it. Even 1800 calories does not equal ONE pound, so let it go, try to learn from the triggers and have a plan for when it happens again. Because there are always triggers. We have to learn how to deal with them without food.
