Sorry. :@ session. Not making my calorie target. Exercising a lot and my appetite is going down. I don't have the desire or hunger to eat 1000+ calories at 8 PM. And I'm about to hop on the stationary bike for another 45 minutes. That's probably another 500+ calories.

Help. Advice.

Are you confusing your body....does it think you are in starvation or survival mode? You need to strike a balance between calories eaten and calories burned, so you need to hit the calorie targets. Are you getting enough calories in the first part of the day.

Will, I'm confused. You don't mention how your weight is going. ??
Is it going down? How do you feel; are you alert, energetic, healthy?

If the answer to all those is yes, what does it matter if you hit your target or not? It's just an approximate goal.

If something's wrong, if you're not losing or ill, then it's something that needs to be figured out.

Hi Will. All I can say is do your best to get more calories during the day. Higher calorie foods (nuts maybe?). And then if your just not hungrey, don't eat. Make sure your not hungry though. I've trickd myself into thinking I have no appetite before (pathetic huh?) Your body will catch up with you and even out... how long have you been at your calorie target? maybe it needs to be reduced anyhow?
