It is so much easier to stay on target on the weekdays when I plan out my breakfast and lunch. Though I am not getting enough protein. Well, have to plan out the rest of the week since I am on vacation the rest of the week.
Also happy, I went to physical therapy for the first time today, and though it was excrutiatingly painful, I feel better. I hope it ends up working out so I can work out again with only normal muscle pain. Played goalie at soccer tonight again, did pretty well. I don't mind playing while my legs hurt, but I hope we rotate so I can still get a workout.

Yes, weekdays are so much easier. So much more structure in the day. You're doing really great!
