* Personal Health Status - Well, to be very honest, I'm not quite sure how I am doing this week as it relates to weight loss. I lost 2 pounds last week and I think I started to slack off a little given my small victory. I am back on track today with my eating, but I was unable to go to the gym yesterday due to an appointment for blood work in the morning. I did get a 30 minute walk in yesterday afternoon though, so I think I am at least maintaining my current weight this week. I will be heading out for a 30 minute walk in a few minutes and I plan to go to the gym tomorrow morning and workout for about 45 minutes. I mentioned my blood work and am awaiting the results. I'm hoping that my triglyceride levels are under control.

* Lessons Learned - Playing games with others is enjoyable and can lessen stress. My daughter got the board game Apples to Apples (Junior) as an early Christmas present and the other night we sat down to play a few rounds. I never used to be a big fan of board games, but I have to say I had a good time. We played for hours and it was a ton of fun. To me, more fun = less stress. It's good family time as well.
