Motivational Quote
"We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit." --Aristotle
I snagged this quote from CHRISTOPHER290'S CK blog. Hope he doesn't mind

It's a powerful quote. I am trying to track the habits that I want to develop in my blog on a daily basis ... a few at a time. Small victories!
Health Status
Couch to 5k, Week 3 Day 2
I finally got back on track with the C25K program today. I took a break at lunch time and went over to the gym and jogged on the treadmill. I was able to improve my pace from 13:48 to 13:20 ... It's not that impressive, but it's a small victory to me

. Oh yeah, thanks to Dan (obrats) for the heads up on the running ahead website. It's pretty cool stuff! :thumbs2:
A) 5.0 min warm-up
B) 1.5 min jog
C) 1.5 min walk
D) 3.0 min jog
E) 3.0 min walk
F) Repeated B-E two more times
G) 3.0 min jog
H) 5.0 min cool-down
40 min. total, 3.00 miles, 491 calories, avg. pace: 13:20 min/mile, avg. speed: 4.5 miles/hr
Health Ramblings
In general, I've been feeling pretty good this week. I've been eating well and, as of today, I am back on track with my exercise. As my sister noted in her blog, you can definitely tell the difference in energy and your overall sense of wellness when you eat poorly over the Holidays. Tomorrow is my official weigh-in, so we'll see how much progress I've made this week.
Miscellaneous Ramblings
I don't have much to ramble about at this moment. I have to head in to a meeting at work, so I may post something a little later in this section. Peace!

I started tracking my runs on runningahead.com when I started c25k, I love that site and I'm so glad I did (I love to crunch numbers and go back over my stats). I've also used http://www.gmap-pedometer.com to map out some runs and determine their distance. Your pace is good, I am still trying to improve from the pace you are at now.
