Health Status
Short and sweet ... I am feeling good. I ate crap for lunch today, but I think I got the rebellion out of my system and am ready to get back on track this weekend. We ate a place I have been avoiding for months. It's a sandwich joint called Gaetano's. I used to get a deep fried panzarotti and fries :nono5:. Guess what I ate today? :bang: :bang: Like I said, I think I got it out of my system now. I have some time to make it up before my next weigh-in.

Couch to 5k, Week 4 Day 3
I didn't get back to the C25K program today, but I was out for a walk this afternoon and my ankle is back to 100%. I'll probably start back on Monday with Week Day 3.

Week 4 Stats:
Day 1 ~ 35 min. total, 2.69 miles, 462 calories, avg. pace: 13:01 min/mile, avg. speed: 4.61 miles/hr
Day 2 ~ 40 min. total, 3.08 miles, 530 calories, avg. pace: 13:00 min/mile, avg. speed: 4.62 miles/hr
Day 3 ~

Miscellaneous Ramblings
Plans for the Weekend
It looks as though my weekend will be very busy. My daughter is going to an indoor swim party for her Missionettes group at church. Then my son has an indoor soccer game at noon. Once my son's game is over, my wife is going to meet up with our daughter at the swim gym. After we eat dinner, we are heading into Philly to go see the Kixx play at the Spectrum. On Sunday morning we have church and hopefully Sunday afternoon we can relax and watch some football. I am pulling for the Colts.

My Life Changes
Yesterday I mentioned a new web site I found (http://www.rememberthemilk.com/) that helps users organize task (to-do) lists. Today, I thought I'd share another cool site I found that helps people track life changes that they want to make in their lives. The site is called MyLifeChanges.com (http://www.mylifechanges.com/). BTW, this is also a FREE site. You start out by identifying who you are (or who you want to be) with what some might consider a mission statement. Then you identify up to 5 key values that you want to drive your life changes. Then you setup specific activities you will do to improve a certain area of your life. For instance, under "Growth", one might enter an activity like this, "I choose to read 5 pages of an inspiring book each day." Then you status your activity every day/week. Essentially, you are trying to make this activity a habit. CK has plenty of great tracking tools for health, but if your looking to improve other areas of your life you may want to check out MyLifeChanges.com.

Random Fact Sheet
-- I prefer boxer briefs :). OK ... so maybe that's TMI.
-- I typically don't carry vacation time over from year to year. I make sure I use every drop .
-- My favorite game to play on PS2 is SSX Tricky. It's an eXtreme snow boarding game. :mohawk2:
