Wow! It's been a while since I've written anything in my blog. I've been really busy at work and by the time I get home ... I don't really feel like writing anything.
CKU
I am almost finished CKU. I have one more lesson to complete tomorrow. CKU has really been helpful in that it is a great reminder of what I should be doing, what I should and should not be eating. Overall, I like the program and would encourage those who haven't tried it to check it out and set a goal to graduate. I set a goal to do one lesson a day during the week. It really went fast!
Health Status
The short and sweet version is that I have maintained my current weight for the past three weeks or so. I finally got back to the gym today and went through a pretty heavy weight lifting routine. My buddy Brian met me at the gym around lunch time. Let me just say that having a gym buddy is a big motivating factor. Brian recently left our company, but fortunately his new job is only a few miles away. For me, it is difficult to go to the gym alone. I've been eating pretty well (except for the bag of cheese curls I polished off last night

). My goal for this week is to hit my 20 pound weight loss mark. I have two pounds to go and I am really going to try hard to hit it this week. That reminds me, my wife (dawnnscott) hit her 10 pound weight loss mark today. I am so proud of her!!! :-)

Having a gym buddy is great! I know my fiance thinks so because he'd never go if it weren't for me standing next to the bed poking him every morning at 5:15am
