1:30 PM - 60 minutes of HIIT on the Stepmill. 7.94 miles (NO HRM) 830 Kcals.

4 mins.(Level 5-69 SPM)(8.3 METS) followed by 2 mins (Level 10-118 SPM)(13.3 METS) x 3
4 mins.(Level 6-79 SPM)(9.3 METS) followed by 2 mins (Level 11-128 SPM)(14.3 METS) x 2
4 mins.(Level 7-89 SPM)(10.3 METS) followed by 2 mins (Level 12-138 SPM)(15.3 METS) x 2
4 mins.(Level 8-99 SPM)(11.3 METS) followed by 2 mins (Level 13-148 SPM)(16.3 METS) x 2
4 mins.(Level 9-109 SPM)(12.3 METS) followed by 2 mins (Level 14-158 SPM)(17.3 METS) x 2

This is really a great workout. My calorie burn comes out to be 13.8 cal/min.

5:25 PM - 30 minutes of Spinning at home. Approx. 5 miles (117 BPM) approx. 210 Kcals.

6:15 PM - 68 minutes of Shoveling Snow (118 BPM) Approx. 432 Kcals.

The funny thing is that I thought that I would hate the shoveling. But since I went out right after my spinning I had on my heartrate monitor. So I thought it would be neat to see how high my HR would get up to. Now that I thought of this shoveling as a form of exercise I did not want to stop. Not only did I shoveling out the garage area, I also did the whole driveway. It took me a total of 68 minutes & my average HR was 118 BPM.
