Consisting of .5% incline every 5 mins (0% to 4.5% incline)

7:40 PM - 20 mins. of Stepmill (Manual-Level 6) 2.1 miles(124 AVG - 137 MAX HR)125 Kcals

8:10 PM - 40 mins. of Swimming - 48 laps (Approx HR 124 ) ~ 200 Kcals.

The swimming felt a little easier this week. I was able to get in 8 additional laps in the 40 min time frame. One of the girls at work said that 64 lap of a 25 meter pool is one mile, so I only have to get up to an additional 16 laps on my endurance, then I can start working on my form and time. I think after swimming for a few more month, I might hire a training coach to help me on my form & efficency.
