WOW, I really liked Sharon, the instructor for the Boot Camp class. She set up 14 different stations and we did the assigned work-out at each station for 2 minutes, moving to each station until we completed the entire circuit, then we did it all over again but decreasing our time at each station for only 1 minute. Of course there was a warm-up & cool-down before & after the circuit.

There was the fund raising event sponsored by our gym to raise money for MS. So, I am really glad I went, or I would have never knew she taught other classes. She has a 9:45 am class on Thursday's, which I won't be able to attend since I work during the day but she also teaches a class on Tuesday's at 5:45 pm. Since my work is a 50 minute drive to get there, I think I am going to take my lunch hour at 4:00 PM, which will give me plenty of time to attend her class.
