Still feeling very hungry today. This is the third day in a row. However today, so far I have only eaten clean foods. I figure I will listen to my body and eat..... but it doesn't have to be foods that have no nutritional value at all. So even though I am eating when hungry. I am staying close to my 1800 calorie target! I hope this hunger thing doesn't last to long. I hate that my thoughs keep going to when I am going to eat again.
