First swimming lesson with my trainer Mary went well. Learned proper body form & focused on how to kick my legs so that I work them more efficiently. I hope to practice two more times before my next lesson in a week.

My muscles were really tight today. Maybe because I did weight training on my legs last night. The stretched in Yoga realy helped. But now I am feeling the sorness. Need to fit this practice into my routine a little more.

Swimming lessons? I'm taking them to. Getting a little better and more comfortable in the water each time. It is hard to find time for pratice sessions with all the other stuff going on. Its going to have to become a priority soon though. Um! you dropped a few pounds. Less exercise? I think its bettter for losing weight. My theory, its probably not sound though.
