Was feeling really tired all day. Got up late again this morning. I ate crappy all day today, & ordered out for dinner tonight. Was going to take it easy tonight & maybe hit the sack real early. But I remembered that I need to complete a 5K workout as part of my Lent. So I went into my workout room and walked on the treadmill while I started reading the new by by Alicia Silverstone " The Kind Diet". The book is really interesting. It is her take about eating real food, mostly plants. The Vegan lifestyle. Something I am trying to pursue.

I have been walking at 4 moh or faster for many years, so I find it quite easy. But I do need to hold on to the treadmill after the incline goes past 6% grade on the incline. However, when I do hold on for support, I find that my heartrate goes down because I am not working as hard.
