*Wow, everytime I do my training for swimming I am amazed. It is really a great total body workout, during my swimming laps my heart rate is in the 140's the whole time. It takes 45 seconds to recover. I can't wait to see in a few months my improvement. I am hoping to get my resting time down to 30 seconds rest with im the next month or so.
Training with my instructor tomorrow morning, hopefully I will learn something more that will improve my form so that I don't have to work as hard.

Thats funny, but then i'm a terrible swimmer and haven't startd doing laps yet. Just back and forth in the shallow end. My heart rate doesn't even get to 90 but I get tired because of my breathing. Side stroke is my strong suit. Suzanne, I checked my RHR at 42 this morning its been 39 before. Gotta keep swimming.
