7:20 AM - 30 mins of Swimming Laps ~ .4 miles (122 AVG - 146 MAX HR) 177 Kcals.
2 laps in 75 seconds with 45 second rest X 15 = Total 30 laps.

My swim instructor did not show up this morning, so I was on my own again. I did 30 mins. of laps. It seems a little bit more easier today than yesterday. My first lap is so much easier that my second lap. I seem to want to keep my head out of the water more which I know isn't very efficient. Hopefully as my swimming improves, that will happen less frenquently.

10:25 AM - 30 mins Stepmill L4/L6 Manual - 2.65 miles (122 AVG - 135 MAX HR) 179 Kcals.

11:00 AM - 70 mins of Yoga (74 AVG - 99 MAX HR) 123 Kcals.

I do love taking Yoga. However afterwards my muscles are sore from head to toe. Sore in a good way!

6:25 PM - 30 mins. Weights: Chest & Abs (95 AVG -- 119 MAX HR) 104 Kcals.
