Came home from work really tired & hungry. Lied down for about 15 mins. then fixed some dinner. My husband thinks my tiredness is due to not eating any meat. I became vegitarian about 6 months ago. He thinks I am low on iron. I get on average 77grams of protein (17%) from my daily food intake, which I feel is more that enough. I will try to add a daily protein drink since I am doing the P90X program & I will take an iron suppliment & see how that goes.
