2:10 PM - 44 mins of TM Walk/Run - 3.5 miles (106 AVG -165 MAX HR) 197 Kcals.
30 min Walk: Pace 4.0 to 4.3 iwith increase .1 mile every 7.5 minutes X 6,
Incline 0% to 4.5% with increase .05% every 3 minutes X 10
11 min Run: Pace 6.0 to 7.0 with increase in pace .1 mile every 1 minute,
Incline: 5% to 0% with decrease .05% every 1 minute.
Cool-down Walk: 3 minutes @ 4.0 pace & 0% incline
* Originally was planning only to walk with the increase pace & inclines but my calorie burn was barely making an average 3 cal/min burn, so I decided to run for the last mile to get a better calorie burn.

Just wanted to say hi :wave1: I read some of your blog and you are just going for it girl!! I'm impressed - at first I thought you didn't have a job because you worked out so much - but then I read that you did! Wow. You're inspiring me! I'm on day 74 of P90X and loving it. I'm not a fitness model (yet :wink2: ) but I am seeing results. It's a great, well rounded program and I'm planning on doing it again once this round is over. Good luck to you and achieving your goals!
