Pace: 45 mins: 4.0 to 5.4 mph with .1 mph increase every 3 minutes x 15
Cool-down: 5 mins: 5.3 to 4.4 mph with .1 mph decrease every 30 seconds.
Interesting Note: It took me 33 minutes into my program where I was walking a 5.0 mph pace inorder to get my heart rate to finally hit the 120's. I think I will start my walks at 4.5 mph next week and see how things go from there.
